Build Two Additional Retaining Walls

Provide labor and material to construct two 5 tall walls, the first tier being 175 in length and the second tier being 100 in length. Walls will be constructed on a minimum 1 x 8 3/8 compacted base rock footing. Perforated drainage pipe shall be installed on the backside at the base of each tier for the entire wall length. Wall blocks shall be filled and backed with a minimum 1 of % rock with retaining fabric placed between soil and rock. The Commission reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
