Purchase and Installation of Garage Doors for Fire Stations 8, 9 and 15

1. Mobilize immediately and expedite project completion. 2. Provide professional design and permit drawings for the Garage Door’s replacement. 3. Submit for, track, and furnish all City, County and/or State permits (fees to be paid by owner). 4. Provide all services as needed for removal/installation of garage doors. 5. Station 8 - Furnish and Install five (5) new 12’2”X12 ( field inspection strongly recommended) sectional garage doors without view ports, associated (100,000) one hundred thousand cycle springs, tracks if required, lift motors, electronic remotes, etc., including engineered drawings and all required permitting. 6. Station 9 - Furnish and Install five (5) new 12’2”X13 ( field inspection strongly recommended) sectional garage doors without view ports, associated (100,000) one hundred thousand cycle springs, tracks if required, lift motors, electronic remotes, etc., including engineered drawings and all required permitting. 7. Station 15 - Furnish and Install four (4) new 14’X14’6” ( field inspection strongly recommended) sectional garage doors without view ports, associated (100,000) one hundred thousand cycle springs, tracks if required, lift motors, electronic remotes, etc., including engineered drawings and all required permitting. 8. Provide and install all necessary electrical components (wiring/grounding/bonding) for the garage door replacements. 9. Furnish and install garage doors to meet or exceed the design loads for the ultimate wind speeds as accordingly to the Florida Building Code or the International Building Code. 10. Removal of existing garage doors to include transportation and disposal of doors in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. 11. Clean-up/disposal of construction debris/materials.
