Notice is hereby given that the University of South Alabama (Owner) will accept sealed Bids for the following Work: Telecommunications Building Node 2-HVAC Upgrades University of South Alabama Mobile, Alabama A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the University of South Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bidder's proposal.
