New Gym and Site Improvements at SST Excellence Campus

Work includes: new construction of a free standing gym building, approx. 6,393 sf, playscape area, painting of the existing building, and site improvements. The new gym building will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building System (PEMB) and is comprised of wall and roof panels, cold-formed metal framing, with metal stud interior walls and painted gypsum board walls generally as follows: - Roof consists of PEMB compatible metal roofing panels - Interiors - Associated site work includes; all paving and sidewalks (including all tie-ins to utilities), landscape, irrigation, underground utilities, storm drainage systems - MEP Systems - Relocation of existing playscape and provide new playscape and associated site improvements - Painting of the existing building facade - Landscaping - Concrete Building Foundation
