Description

1. Require no mixing, 2. Require no special pothole preparation, 3. Displace water, 4. Bond permanently to asphalt, concrete, steel, wood, and other hard surfaces, 5. Immediately accept normal traffic so the repaired area can be put back in service, 6. Be a permanent paving material, 7. Be supplied in 50lb pails/bags or 60lb pails/bags that can be resealed and used later, 8. Have a shelf life of at least two (2) years from time of delivery to the City, 9. Be able to be applied in sunny, rainy, or snowy conditions, 10. Release no Volatile Organic Compounds (“VOC”).
