RFP - Solid Waste Facility Master Site Plan

The City of Tacoma, (City), Department of Environmental Services, Solid Waste Management (SWM) Division is soliciting proposals from consulting firms to develop a Master Site Plan for the Citys Solid Waste Management facility and operations. The Master Site Plan will include developing a process to guide decisions on the most suitable end use options for the existing facility and closed landfill through stakeholder engagement.
