| Description | The Scope of work is as follows. replace roofing of train depot in downtown wagoner item 1: Purchase of Architectural Asphalt Shingles, red in color, including waterproof backing paper. BP of Canada referenced supplier, Model Mystique 47 (58 squares). Installation of same including the removal of existing shingles, nails, and paper. (5,800 square feet). ITEM 2: Installation of Decking replacement of the select 1X 6 planking deemed unusable and the overlay of entire roof with 1/2 inch CD 4’ X 8’ exterior grade plywood decking. This item shall include replacement of select existing planking and the new sub-roof of the entire surface. (5,800 sq. ft.) All clean up, staging area, trash roll off and site mobilization shall be a part of this item. |
