Wastewater Facility Master Plan

Provide comparative assessments of alternative options to various planning scenarios, answer 'what if' questions to assess planning options, develop conceptual level plans and designs, develop preliminary cost estimates including capital, operating and maintenance and present worth, develop a viable implementation schedule and make overall recommendations as to new wastewater collection, treatment and reuse facilities that will most cost effectively meet the long term water resource management objectives of both the District and region. The scope of services to be provided will include an assessment of alternative sources available to the District to fund the project.
