The City of Bell is embarking on an upgrade of the audiovisual systems at the Bell Community Center, aiming to enhance the multi-purpose room's functionalities and technological capabilities. This comprehensive upgrade encompasses the introduction of modern equipment such as wireless microphones, multimedia playback systems, and multiple display screens, alongside a 'Bring Your Own Device' (BYOD) system. This initiative is designed to optimize user experience, improve accessibility, and accommodate various events and activities, thus serving the diverse needs of the community more effectively. The project includes a holistic approach from design and installation to training and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless integration and sustainable operation of the new systems. Scope Of Work The scope of this project encompasses the design, supply, installation, programming, testing, training, and ongoing support for the audiovisual systems upgrade at the Bell Community Center. The upgrades are categorized as follows: Supply: Procuring equipment as per bid. Installation & Programming: Ensuring that the equipment is installed correctly and programmed for optimal performance. Contractor is responsible for any/all infrastructure (Conduit, Back Boxes, Backing, etc.) that is required for safe installation and turn-key operation. Testing & Training: Conducting thorough testing of the systems and providing training to relevant stakeholders for efficient operation. Ongoing Support: Offering sustained support to address any issues and ensure the longevity of the upgraded systems. Outcome: The upgraded systems aim to provide a versatile, user-friendly, and technologically advanced environment, thereby enhancing the overall experience for the community members utilizing the multipurpose room at the Bell Community Center.
