Description

The scope of the Berkeley Elementary School project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of one of two existing boilers with a new boiler. Work shall also include new piping, other associated equipment, and integration of a control system. The existing boiler that is to remain must be operational throughout the entire duration of this project and maintain heat to the school building.
