Description

1. Provide and install one (1) new 10” ASSE 1013 backflow device w/ ASSE 1060 Class 1 heated enclosure to service the existing domestic and fire water supply. 2. Prepare and submit WSP drawing with City of Columbus Water Department for review and approval. 3. Successful Proposer is responsible for developing all plans and permits for approval, and must be inclusive to the Proposal. This approval process will need to be fully completed before any work on site can commence. 4. Include all equipment, material, design, engineering, labor, and any other incidental costs to ensure the Project is completed. 5. Securing work site once the on-site work begins. 6. Provide warranty of workmanship for one (1) year after Project completion.
