Base Bid: Mobilize Remove and inspect pumping assembly Perform camera survey Sonar jet and jet debris Wire brush well screens and acidize Hypochlorinate well Reinstall pumping assembly Pump test (3-hour) New water level tubing Well head modifications for gauging water level (port for e line or steel tape access) Alternate items: Wire brush well screens and acidize New pumping assembly (Gould 14-inch HMC, four stage or equivalent) Repair/replace individual pump stages (Gould 14-inch, four stage) Additional camera survey Production pipe 10-inch x 1 15/16 inch shaft (per 10 foot section) with stainless steel spiders and polymer bearings or equivalent) Pump set at 335 feet, line shaft turbine with 300 horsepower motor Well TD is 2984 feet
