Security Upgrade to CR 58 Precinct 4 Justice Center

Scope of Work: This project is to upgrade security at the CR58 Justice Center. A security fence will be provided to the sides and rear of the facility, securing the employee entrances, employee and county vehicle parking areas. The fencing will be gated with key pad/code entry. Security Fencing 6’+1: Approximately 1100’ of Security fence, 6ft with 1ft barbed wire on top (6+1). 1. Six foot chain link fencing, galvanized 1’ barbed wire, 3 strand above. 2. Provide appropriate barb wire support arms. 3. Appropriate Corner posts, seated in concrete. 4. Provide and install appropriate brace posts/rails. 5. Appropriate line post, not to exceed 10’centers, seated in concrete. 6. Appropriate gate post, seated in concrete or secured to existing pad as needed. o Provide and install 2 Keypad pedestals for entry (Key Pad to be furnished and installed by County) o Provide and install 2, 20’ gates. 7. Provide and install necessary support cabling with turnbuckles. 8. Provide and install 2 20’gate V track systems. 9. Provide and install 2 exit loop control systems. 10. Provide and install 2 1/2HP Lift master slide gate opener systems. 11. Provide Lift master stand/mounting as needed. 11. Electrical provided by Brazoria County. 12. Wireless Keypad and controller to be furnished and installed by Brazoria County.
