FRL HVAC Duct Replacement

Contractor to furnish the necessary labor, materials and supervision required to complete the HVAC Duct Replacement with the attached Scope of Work. Work is to be performed at Fishtrap Lake, Shelbiana, KY. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials and equipment remove existing duct in the front section of the building and replace with all new supply and return air duct work with metal trunk, flex runs and 2x2 lay-in grills: 1. Remove approxiametly 75’ of existing duct in the front section of the building and replace with all new supply and return air duct work with metal trunk and approxiametly 50’ of flex runs and 11 2x2 lay-in grills. See attachment 1 approxiamet duct area to be removed and replaced. 2. Site Clean-Up and Restoration: The contractor shall ensure the work site and areas around the work site are free of any debris and materials upon completion of work each day, as well as at the completion of the job. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all materials and equipment at the completion of the job. Upon completion of work, the work site shall be restored, insofar as is reasonably possible, to its condition prior to work and similar conditions affected by work during the performance of this Contract.
