The project will replace the existing rest area facility with a modernized building and expanded truck parking lot for the commercial motor vehicles (CMV) while incorporating efficient and sustainable measures. Additional work includes the maintenance building, picnic table shelters, all the site utilities, and roadway bid items (pavement, pavement structures, shoulders, curb & gutter, sidewalk, site drainage, and landscaping) Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
