The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with P.L. 109-461, this acquisition is 100% set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Bidders must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for verification and Evaluation (CVE) at the time of submission of bid and at the time of award. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE IN VetBiz prior to contract award will result in the bidder being ineligible for award.
