Showers and Floor Renovation

Removal of the sheet vinyl flooring in nine dietary kiosks; clean and prep floor surface, cove base, around all drains and any existing expansion joints; and install a low VOC Polyurethane or Epoxy floor system with new cove base, a light non-slip compound designed for use in food service areas, hi traffic, institutional or correctional facilities. Department of Corrections:?remove the existing tile in the personal hygiene areas; prep all walls, floors, and ceilings of the shower stalls; and install a low VOC Polyurethane or Epoxy floor system with new cove base. Detention Unit Common area floors: remove the existing painted floor surface, prep to accept application, and use a low VOC Polyurethane or Epoxy floor system with new cove base.
