Pest Control Services

This service includes providing all necessary bait stations on the perimeter of the building location needed to control the rodent problems and provide all inside rodent bait or approved traps inside the building needed for rodent problems. Provide insect/spider spraying inside of the building or baiting as allowed by law and as needed to control insects/spiders and sugar ants, to include minimal exterior spraying at all door and window entry points. This would include the minimum of once a month and as many trips as needed to provide the level of service to the location for the month to satisfy the City’s needs. The monthly price provided should include all fees charged by the Company for this service.
