Construction of the South Arundel Sewer Interceptor Improvements

As of September 9, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project consists of constructing replacement of a 36 sewer main consisting of the following approximate major quantities of work: 1. 48 Diameter Sewer Main 1,041 Lin Ft 2. 36 Diameter Sewer Main 167 Lin Ft 3. 6 Diameter Sewer Manhole 1 Each 4. 7 Diameter Sewer Manhole 4 Each 5. 8 Diameter Sewer Manhole 2 Each 6. Special Connection Manhole 1 Lump Sum 7. Removal of Existing Aerial Crossing 2 Lump Sum 8. Flowable Fill 761 Cubic Yd 9. Asphalt Rehabilitation 986 Sq Yd 10. Chip Seal 7,969 Sq Yd Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
