JBHM File #22039.00.13 Project Location: Project consist of re-roofing at the following schools. a. WEST POINT HIGH SCHOOL-NORTH CAMPUS - 204 South Eshman Avenue, West Point, MS 39773. b. FIFTH STREET SCHOOL - 418 Fifth Street, West Point, MS 39773. c. EAST SIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 1039 East Broad Street, West Point, MS 39773. d. WEST POINT HIGH SCHOOL-SOUTH CAMPUS - 90 South Eshman Avenue, West Point, MS 39773. e. CHURCH HILL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 2050 West Church Hill Road, West Point, MS 39773. f. SOUTH SIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 237 Louis Odneal Road, West Point, MS 39773. All work including Alternates shall be complete on or before August 1, 2024. At ROTC Building roof, provide new TPO retrofit system equal to Firestone UltraPly TPO Retrofit. 2) 60 mil PVC roof membrane will be an acceptable equal to TPO membrane. 3) Provide polyisocyanurate insulation as "flute filler" between existing metal panels. Provide 1/2" recovery board installed perpendicular to existing roof panels. 4) Install fully-adhered TPO Roof System on top of 1/2" recovery board. 5) Provide new 5" gutters and 4x4 downspouts. 6) Provide 3 downspouts on each side of building. Field verify and coordinate final location of downspouts with Architect. 7) Existing White/Silver Asbestos Caulk on metal panels will remain intact. 8) Provide Induction Welded System with new fasteners installed into existing roof purlins. Remove existing Exhaust Fans and associated curbs in their entirety. Patch existing roof deck, and cover remaining hole. Provide new downspout with concrete splash block where water spills on grade. Remove all existing roofing membrane, metal fascia, metal flashing, and all insulation in its entirety, down to existing roof deck. Clean and prep existing roof deck. Provide and install new Modified Bitumen Roofing System.Contractor shall be responsible for proper disposal of all roofing debris. Remove existing Expansion Joint I Area Break in it's entirety down to existing roof deck. Prepare area to receive new expansion joint. Remove all existing flashing at existing Through-Wall Scupper. Install Elastomeric Coating on EIFS wall above new roof flashing. Provide clear sealer on all existing brick veneer above roof. Provide product equal to Prosoco Siloxane PD.
