The Bartlett Police Department (BPD) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of stationary camera systems to include all hardware, software, and all other necessary items for a fully functional Public Safety Security Camera (PSSC) System. The PSSC Systems would include the cameras and all its hardware, as well as, storage and management software, installation as needed, training, maintenance, and support and warranty. The City expects to deploy approximately thirty (30) Public Safety Security Camera Systems in various locations throughout the City. B. The public safety security camera systems will consist of two (2) separate models capable of working in tandem with one another; Primary System and Secondary System. C. Each system shall consist of a heavy-duty weatherproof, rugged, and vented enclosure allowing for operation in wet and extreme conditions and provided in a neutral color, such as white, so the unit is not conspicuous. D. Each system shall be finished with an anti-corrosion powder coating. E. Each system shall have the ability to be mounted to an existing pole, or similar structure. F. Each system shall have the ability to operate off of a 110V power source. G. Each system must be capable of simultaneously housing and supporting multiple network cameras. H.
