This project will have 2 base bid proposals as summarized below. Qualified contractors can submit proposals for Part A or Part B, or both Part A & B. PART A (Sanitary & Storm) • 8” Sanitary Sewer 1,000 L.F. • Sanitary Manhole 4 EA. • 10” Storm Sewer 211 L.F. • 12 Inch Storm Sewer 138 L.F. • 2’ x 3’ Inlets 9 EA. • Storm Sewer Manhole 1 EA. • Miscellaneous quantities of traffic control, removals, adjustments, special inlets. PART B (Roadway Reconstruction) • Asphalt Pavement Removal 2,300 S.Y. • Asphalt Binder 1,100 TONS • Asphalt Surface 700 TONS • Concrete Curb & Gutter 3,500 L.F. • Concrete Sidewalk & Curb Ramps 2,400 S.F. • Lawn Restoration 1,600 S.Y. • Miscellaneous quantities of traffic control, concrete sawing & crushed aggregate base.
