Description

There are three communities in Chatham County that need water utility improvements for fire protection: Ogeechee Farms, Burnside Island and Sandfly-Isle of Hope. Improvements shall be proposed for the existing water infrastructure at these three communities to provide fire protection options to consider: such as connecting to the City of Savannah's existing water infrastructure or by constructing a ground water well with a booster pump station and/or elevated water tank to provide the volumes and pressures needed for fire protection. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
