Description

Complete Renovation of Well 19 building and well to bring this site up to EPD standards, renovation will include new pump and motor, cleaning of the well screens and installation of new column pipe and shaft. The building would have the electrical upgraded and the chemical rooms separated to meet EPD standards. Project is included City of Albany FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. As of March 21, 2023, a design team has not been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
