Village of Sidney Infrastructure Extension Project

Contract No. 1 – General Construction Contract No. 2 – Water Booster Pump Station Construction Contract No. 3 – Water Main Construction Grade residential development site (approximately 10 acres); construct approximately 1,375 lineal feet of new paved street (Porter Lane); construct approximately 1,280 lineal feet of water distribution main, including connecting to existing water mains in two locations; construct approximately 1,210 lineal feet of gravity sewer collection main; construct a sewage lift station and approximately 715 lineal feet of sanitary sewer force main, including connection to an existing sanitary sewer manhole; construct approximately 2,655 feet of concrete gutter with mountable cub; construct approximately 2,700 lineal feet of storm sewer piping and associated rain gardens; provide street lighting power supply panel, and provide electrical distribution conduits on both sides of Porter Lane. Work of Base Bid also includes all necessary site preparation, clearing, grubbing, ditching, erosion and sediment control, and restoration. Additive Alternate No. 1 – Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct approximately ten (10) 3/4-inch sleeved copper tubing far side water services and fourteen (14) copper tubing near side water services, including corporation taps, curb stops and box, and caps. Work of Additive Alternate No. 1 also includes all necessary site preparation, clearing, grubbing, excavation, ditching, erosion and sediment control, and restoration. Additive Alternate No. 2 – Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide streetlight electrical power distribution wiring and streetlight fixtures, including precast concrete bases. Work of Additive Alternate No. 2 also includes all necessary site excavation, erosion and sediment control, electrical connections, and restoration. Additive Alternate No. 3 – Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct approximately 2,760 lineal feet of 5’ wide concrete sidewalk, including subgrade preparation and subbase. Work of Additive Alternate No. 3 also includes all necessary site preparation, clearing, grubbing, excavation, erosion and sediment control, and restoration. Additive Alternate No. 4 – Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Porter Lane bituminous concrete paving top course. Work of Additive Alternate No. 4 also includes all necessary site preparation, clearing, grubbing, excavation, erosion and sediment control, and restoration
