Description | In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of the construction of two, one million gallon concrete storage tanks for the Spring Valley Phase 1 Water System. Work includes approximately 4,700 LN FT (Total) of permanent access roads to with gravel and asphalt surfacing, retaining walls, storm drain placement and erosion control, concrete driveway and curb placement, topsoil stripping and stockpiling, site earthwork, grading and fencing of each site, and construction of water tanks including structural, mechanical, electrical, control, piping, valving, drains and other water system appurtenances at each site. Project Has an Expected Duration of 270 Calendar Days. Instructions to Bidders For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous to the Best Interest of Spring Valley Community Infrastructure District . |
