Replacement of the Public Works Roof

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the item on the outside, addressed to the Borough Clerk, Municipal Building, 1 West Maple Avenue, Merchantville, New Jersey, and may be delivered on or before the hour above named, accompanied by a certified non-collusion affidavit. Bidders are required to comply with the required to comply with the requirements of Chapter 127 of the Public Laws of 1975. If awarded a contract, your company/firm will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of not less than tenpercent (10%) of the amount of bid, and be delivered to the place and on the hour above named. The Council reserves the right to make awards on an individual basis or in any combination as they see fit. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bid proposals that may be deemed necessary for the best interest of the Borough.
