Wahiawa Civic Center

The work generally consists of the demolition and removal of existing buildings at the current Wahiawa Civic Center, including the removal of 2 on-grade parking lots and tree removal and repurposing as indicated on the drawings. Project is to construct two (2) new 2-story buildings consisting of a District Court Judiciary Building and a State Office Building on a site of approximately 4 acres.
