Remodel and reconfigure existing office space into 3 conference rooms for the Minnesota Department of Administration, located on the first floor at 50 Sherburne Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55155. 2. Work to include modifying of the existing carpeting, HVAC, sprinkler, electrical and data systems; new audio/visual systems and equipment, movable partitions, acoustical wall panels, ceilings, carpeting, millwork, doors, windows, painting and window coverings.
