| Description | The work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1 and 2 with SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing System with a Thirty (30) Year - NDL Warranty and all associated work. 2. Provide and install pre-finished aluminum metal edge, and fascia extender, as indicated on the drawings. 3. Remove sections of existing brick masonry wall, provide and install stainless steel mechanically keyed thru-wall flashing / counterflashing, cavity wall insulation, weep holes and all associated work, as indicated on the drawings. 4. Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, as indicated on the drawings. 5. Provide and install new rooftop mechanical support rails, as indicated on the drawings. |
