Description

This project will include streetscape improvements and sewer main replacement. Specific elements of construction include granite curb installation, concrete sidewalk with stone or clay pavers, asphalt milling and paving, stormwater extensions, approx. 2500 lf of sanitary sewer replacement, replacing portions of a water main, and the installation of various street amenities. The general project limits for the streetscape will be along Haywood Street from Vanderbilt to Patton Avenue. The MSD sewer line replacement will extend beyond these limits to include College St., Walnut St. and Rankin Ave.
