Description | This statement of work describes the diagnostic and repair services for the steam boiler #2 and lead lag panel located at O’Hara Hall located at the USMMA. The USMMA campus consists of 82 acres along the Long Island shoreline, about 50 buildings, waterfront structures and facilities, berthing of vessels and small craft and athletic fields. The primary purpose of this statement of work is for the contractor to provide repair services for steam #2 and lead lag panel located at O’Hara Hall. Boiler #2 is a steam boiler manufactured by Weil McClain. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience installing and servicing Weil McClain boilers and associated burner controls. The boilers serve steam for domestic hot water, heating water and heating the indoor pool required to train the midshipmen at the USMMA. |
