Renovations of Appleby Library

Renovation of a library in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.This renovation project includes some cosmetic changes, but the primary focus is on improving accessibility relative to ADA requirements in a historical building. The program consists of preparation of plans and construction documentation for Renovations to the Appleby Branch Library. All questions must be submitted in writing by fax to 706 821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov to the office of the Procurement Department by Tuesday, September 17, 2021, @ 5:00 P.M. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after bids have been opened, pending the execution of contract with the successful bidder(s).

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
