RFP Engineering - Engineering Design and Construction Support Services Traffic Signal Adjacent to Railroad at San Antonio Avenue and State Street (TR2304)

The City of Ontario is seeking professional services from a qualified firm to prepare the plans, specifications and engineer's estimate (PS&E) for a new traffic signal system at San Antonio Avenue and State Street. Other Details Bidder must attach PDF of completed Non-Collusion Declaration form as a "General Attachment." The bidder shall submit an electronic copy of their technical proposal as a PDF in the "General Attachment" field in the "Attachments" tab, an electronic copy of their fee proposal as a PDF in the "Cost File" field of the "Attachments" tab. (The Cost File is MANDATORY and the Bid Management System will not accept your submission unless a "Cost File" attachment is uploaded.) One (1) Executed Original and Three (3) Copies of the Technical Proposal and One. The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
