| Description | The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the contractor) shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, costs of bonds (if applicable), insurance, permitting, taxes, warranties, overhead and miscellaneous costs necessary to fully complete all garage doors and gates repair, replacement, installation and maintenance requested by the City on a 24-hour basis seven days a week.
