2020 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

The work to be performed under this contract includes rehabilitation of approximately five (5) sanitary sewer manholes within various public rights-of-way and streets with a cementitious lining, in the Borough of Rockaway, as listed in the Technical Specifications and shown on the plans. The work also includes the cleaning of 8-inch clay and cast-iron sanitary sewers, close circuit television (CCTV) inspection of the sanitary sewers, clearing of line obstructions, as required, installation of cured-in-place lining, reinstatement of branch connections and all appurtenances and other incidental work. It is anticipated that approximately 1,200 linear feet of pipe will be lined under this contract. It is anticipated that upon reviewing of the CCTV video of the pipe in Broad/East Main Street, a portion of the pipe may have to be replaced before it is relined.
