| Description | Base Bid work includes complete removal of existing roof systems down to the deck for canopies 1 and 6 for approximately 12 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Alternate Number 1 work includes select repairs and an elastomeric roof coating to the Main roof. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $120,000 to $140,000 The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
