Description

Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully complete the HVAC replacement at the annex and warehouse buildings including electrical and other associated work, per the contract documents. Alternate #1: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully complete the HVAC servicing (3 service visits at 3-month intervals) at the annex and warehouse buildings, including filter replacement and other associated work, per the contract documents.
