Description | Project consists of: --New 20,000 SF Field House to include wrestling and cheer space, locker rooms, restrooms, and concessions. --Addition and renovations to Bates Hall to include a new weight room, renovated locker rooms and restrooms and athletic offices. --Renovations to Wilson Hall to include renovated Multi-Purpose areas, restrooms and a new Roof. --Renovations to Main Building to include renovated restrooms, renovated classroom and lab spaces, and renovated Collaboration areas. --Exterior construction includes structural steel, foundations, slab on grade, CMU, brick, aluminum storefront, signage and new canopies; and associated site improvements. --Interior construction includes foundations, structural steel, slab on grade, CMU, metal stud framing, drywall, sheet vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, laboratory casework, fume hood, lockers, folding partitions, athletic flooring, doors and hardware, weight equipment, toilet partitions and accessories, signage, plumbing fixtures and piping, light fixtures, new mechanical equipment and distribution, fire alarm system, new fire suppression, new power distribution, and modifications to existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to accommodate new layouts. Performance and Payment bond may be required in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price; therefore, subcontractors and suppliers should be prepared to state the amount necessary as an alternate amount,independent of their proposal for work, should it be determined by the General Contractor to require these bonds. |
