Description | As per January 05, 2024. Project not yet awarded, the anticipated award date is January 16, 2024 The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for one Lift Station Rehabilitation at the Wickham (105) Lift Station. The project consists of installing new pumps, epoxy lining Raven 405, new piping, new valves, new plug valves, duplex guide rail system, refer to Exhibits A , and B in bid packet. All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be for 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 60 days from NTP. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule. The Work to be performed by the Contractor is generally described as the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals which are required to construct the Project in its entirety as shown on the Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall provide and pay for labor, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, transportation, water, electricity, utilities, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution of the Work. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to piping, dewatering, rip-rap, earthwork, restoration and sodding, erosion control and sedimentation, clearing and grubbing, maintenance of traffic, roadway repair, and all fittings and appurtenances required to complete the work as shown on the Design drawings. |
