Noma Drive Waterfront Site, Utility and Drainage Improvements

The work included in the Contract shall consist primarily of Construction of the following items: Roadway and utility improvements for a new gravel surfaced road and water and sewer infrastructure. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check on a solvent bank or a Bidder's Bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to operate in the State of Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the owner as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The required documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope shall be marked plainly as: Bid No. 2023-003 Noma Drive Waterfront Site, Utility and Drainage Improvements and the Certificate of Responsibility Number. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
