| Description | The work consists of installation of sheet rock (gyp) area as specified in plans. To include return air ductwork and return air grilles for the existing two HVAC systems. In addition, remove existing ceiling return air grilles not connected to return air ductwork, provide ceiling tiles as required. Replace and remove damaged ceiling batt insulation. Moreover, provide 12-turbine type roof mounted motor-less gravity ventilators. Uncover all existing roof vents along the perimeter soffit vents. Rebalance Air Handling Units to 2,000 CFM each for a complete working system. Located at 329 S. Peking St. McAllen, TX 78501. |
