Description Consist of clearing/grubbing, placing fill material, establishing grades, placing geotextile fabric, placing 12" rip rap material, constructing rip rap berms. The contractor will enter the project site from two (2) locations, the cul de sac on Lackawanna Court on the 15' drainage easement just west of the cul de sac. No other project entry will be permitted or allowed. The contractor will use the existing driveway at Lot 51 as shown on the contract drawings which is owned by David and Rebecca Paradise. The contractor shall include in his bid a new concrete drive that will match or exceed the existing drive way. Further, all resodding of the yard as required to enter the project site will be included.
