Construction of Water Plant No. 1 - Phase 1

The work includes construction of one (1) 660 gpm gravel packed well with foundation; one (1) 220,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank including foundation; one (1) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank; three (3) 850 gpm booster pumps; a new CMU control building; one (1) 450 kW diesel generator, fuel tank, and foundation; disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete pavement, driveway and sidewalks; fence and gate; site grading and drainage, drainage swales and slope paving; hydro-mulch seeding; temporary fencing; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
