Dole Avenue Reconstruction - City of Crystal Lake

As of August 1, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated construction will start in 2023. This project will include full pavement reconstruction, replacement of existing water main and services, new sidewalks, and bike lane enhancements along Dole Avenue between Lake Shore Drive and Crystal Lake Avenue. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Crystal Lake will be accepting sealed request for proposals in accordance with specifications for Design Engineering Services for Dole Avenue Reconstruction.
