The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is requesting bids from qualified janitorial contractors to perform custodial services for Planning Department Lakeside Offices located at 14422-14436 Old Mills, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Both of these building fall under the jurisdiction of the Prince George’s County Planning Department. The above addresses are contained within two (2) independent buildings. The first building, 14422-14428 Old Mill Road, consists of approximately 9,800 square feet and contains four (4) single restrooms. The second building, 14430-14436 Old Mill Road, consists of approximately 9,800 square feet and contains eight (8) restrooms. Both are two-story buildings.
