Residential Solid and Yard Waste Collection and Disposal and/or Recycling Collection

For Residential Solid and Yard Waste Collection and Disposal and/or Recycling Collection Proposals must be made on the Proposal Forms and in accordance with instructions to proponents furnished by the office of the Fiscal Officer. The defined terms appearing in the General Specifications apply to all Contract Documents. The selected Proponent will be awarded the Contract through an Ordinance of the Village approving and adopting the Contract Documents, providing for its enforcement and penalties as provided by law. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Proposal, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the Village.
