Sidewalk Accessibility Ramps FY24

SCOPE OF WORK: This project entails the installation of handicapped ramps, concrete alley entrance aprons, mobilization, traffic control, and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the latest Maryland State Highway Specifications, unless directed to use City of Hagerstown Standards. ESTIMATED START: Notice to Proceed will be issued in July 2023 or at a date mutually agreeable to both parties. WAGE RATES: Pre-determined wage rates apply to this contract as specified herein. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: NO prebid conference is planned. Contract will be approximately $145,000. Contract can be extended by Change Order ifboth parties agree.
