Powder Creek Culvert Replacement

For the proposed improvement officially known as Section 21-21127-00-DR, Powder Creek Culvert Replacement, Stookey Road District, St. Clair County, Illinois. The proposed improvement consists of storm sewer, inlets, pipe underdrains, conc curb and gutter, HMA surf removal and replacement and incidentals. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the County or the Department of Labor, or determined by the Court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract. All bids shall be in accordance with the proposal and specifications prepared therefore. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
