Description | 1) the Subcontractor is Responsible for the Compliance With All Local and State Municipality Codes (Materials, Labor, Individual Subcontractor Plans, Finished Product, Etc.). Codes and Local Ordinances Take Precedence Over the Plans. It is the Subcontractors Responsibility That the Scope of Work Within Their Contract Complies With Any and All Codes or Ordinances as Required. 2) the Subcontractor is Responsible for the Compliance With All Osha Regulations. 3) All Consumables Are Supplied by the Subcontractor for Their Individual Scope or Work. 4) Subcontractors May Have Access to a Skytrack Lift That Will Be Provided Onsite for Unloading/receiving Purposes. Any Additional Cranes, Lifts, Scaffolding, Etc. Is to Be Provided by the Subcontractor to Complete Their Scope of Work. Subcontractor When Work With Lifts and/or Scaffolding is to Follow Osha Regulations For Proper Use and Safety. 5) Subcontractor is Responsible for All Required Firestopping (Fire Caulking, Fire Collars, Putty Packs, Etc.), Blocking, Draftstopping/air Infiltration, Etc. Per Code as Related to This Scope. 6) Subcontractor is Responsible for Contacting Local Utilities Protection Center (Upc) 72 Hours Prior to Any Work Being Performed to Locate and Mark Any Existing Utilities as Required for Any Digging/trenching/excavating Work. 7) Subcontractor is to Supply to the General Contractor a Close-out Book Including All Warranty Information (Including Contact Information for Future Warranty Work), Specification Submittals, Msds Sheets, and Attic Stock. 8) No Deviations From the Plans Shall Be Made Without Prior Approval From the General Contractor. 9) No Smoking of Any Kind is Allowed in the Building at Any Time, Including No E-cigarettes & Vapes. 10) Subcontractor is Responsible for Keeping the Jobsite Clean and Free of Debris. All proposals must account for the scope of work as described on the Divisions and Scopes pages. It is the awarded bidders responsibility to produce all necessary permits, designs, and shop drawings. It is the responsibility of the awarded bidder to perform all work to all relevant building codes, specifications, and manufactures recommendations. Subcontractor MUST clean up any and all materials, waste, debris, etc. related to their work prior to leaving the jobsite upon completion. This Request for Proposals, however, does not commit BriMark Builders to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal or to contract for the goods and/or services offered.
